Trip Tripathy leads Kaufman Rossin's CEO, Board & Shareholder Business Advisory Services practice as a principal within the Business Consulting Services department.
Trip is a highly accomplished CEO, COO and CFO, having served in senior management roles both in the U.S. and abroad. He has led major consumer products companies and retailers through a full range of business challenges including growth, profitability improvements and turnarounds. He also has considerable experience in strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and business integration. He has worked with major multinational corporations including PepsiCo, Limited Brands, and Macy’s. In his current role, Trip will lead companies through complex periods of financial instability and bankruptcy, and support boards of directors and shareholders in resolving critical issues relating to cost reduction, debt and capital restructuring, and liquidity management.
Trip earned a bachelor's degree in business from St. Xavier’s College in Calcutta, India, and a Master of Business Administration from Texas Christian University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Texas and a Chartered Accountant. He is also a Board Governance Fellow of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and currently serves as a Board Member and past Chair of the Business School Advisory Board at Texas Christian University.

Glenn Davis
Director, Risk Advisory Services, Kaufman Rossin
Glenn Davis is a senior advisor to Kaufman Rossin and a director in the firm's risk advisory services department. He utilizes tested, state-of-the-art tools and methodologies to perform initial compliance readiness and gap analyses, reviews and tests of controls, and provides continuous monitoring and improvement to reduce audit committees’ and board of directors’ risk and exposure.
Glenn was recently appointed to the board of directors and audit committee of Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services, Inc. He was formerly a partner with CohnReznick Advisory Group and the national director of its Governance, Risk and Compliance practice. He is considered an expert in the field.
Prior to joining CohnReznick, Glenn served as the CEO and chairman of a publicly traded company. He also served as a senior audit and consulting partner in the New York and national offices for a Big Four firm where he provided accounting, auditing, and consulting services to private, not-for-profit and publicly held clients of all sizes and industries. There, he co-founded that firm’s IT Audit and Internal Control Specialist Group and co-authored the Handbook of EDP Auditing, a 1,100-page definitive reference book on the subject of IT auditing, risk management and internal control.
He has authored articles and has been quoted in several publications, including Directors’ Monthly (National Association of Corporate Directors), ComplianceWeek, PAR, Corporate Board Member, Financial News, and Business Finance.
Glenn is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and was on the advisory committee of the New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors.

David Shaw
Publishing Director, Directors & Boards
David Shaw is the Publishing Director of Directors & Boards and its sister publication, Family Business. With more than 30 years of experience in business-to-business and consumer media markets, he has served as an editor, publisher, publishing director, group publisher and group vice president of a variety of publications, trade shows, conferences and websites.
Prior to founding GRID Media, David served as senior vice president for Phillips Business Information Inc., where he oversaw nearly 100 discrete media properties, and helped build the business from $35 million to more than $100 million in annual revenues. He is a frequent author and speaker on issues related to business-to-business media, multi-generational family businesses and private and public company governance. He is married, with two grown children, one serving in the Navy and the other in law school.
