People choose board service for all the right reasons. They believe their actions serve the best interests of their organizations. Yet boards often make the wrong decisions, and the results can have significant consequences for the shareholders.  Public and private company boards should examine their policies and practices, and have the vision to move board governance toward more positive impact.
In this webinar you will learn:

  • Common mistakes boards make and why they happen
  • Actions directors should take to improve governance practices and results
  • Case examples that went terribly wrong...and how the damage might have been prevented.
