The Honorable Michael Montelongo, a career soldier, public official, and corporate executive, is president and chief executive officer of GRC Advisory Services, LLC and most recently was chief administrative officer and senior vice president for Sodexo, Inc. He is also a senior advisor at leadershipForward, a premier leadership performance firm serving Fortune 500 and small business clients. An experienced c-level and corporate governance leader for commercial, public sector, and non-profit organizations and NACD Board Leadership Fellow, Montelongo brings a broad service industry skill set in facilities and food service management, outsourced technical services, telecommunications, professional services, and aerospace/defense, including service in the U.S. Senate, the Pentagon, and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).

He is a Bush White House appointee who served as the 19th assistant secretary for financial management and chief financial officer of the US Air Force and concluded his Pentagon tenure as acting secretary of the Air Force. A public policy expert, Montelongo is a lifetime member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Before joining the Bush administration, Montelongo was an executive with a global management consulting firm and a regional telecommunications company, and completed a career in the U.S. Army, a Congressional Fellowship in the U.S. Senate, and service as an assistant professor teaching economics and political science at West Point.

Active in civic leadership, Montelongo volunteers for organizations that expand opportunities for young people, support community health and wellness, assist veterans, and promote national service. The first in his extended family to attend college, Montelongo earned his bachelor’s degree in science from West Point and a master’s degree in business administration from Harvard Business School. Besides corporate and military awards and the highest decorations for Exceptional Civilian Service in the Air Force and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), he is featured in several nationally-recognized Latino publications including being twice-listed in Hispanic Business Magazine’s 100 Most Influential Hispanics; NACD Directorship magazine profiled him in its Board Fellow Spotlight feature; and Private Company Director magazine named him one of its 2018 Directors to Watch.

Eileen C. McDonnell is chairman and chief executive officer. She joined Penn Mutual in 2008 as its Chief Marketing Officer. Before joining Penn Mutual, she was president of New England Financial, a wholly owned subsidiary of MetLife, and senior vice president of the Guardian Life Insurance Company. Ms. McDonnell is a former member of the Master of Science in Management faculty at The American College in Bryn Mawr, Pa., where she held the newly endowed chair for Women and Financial Services and was author of “Marketing Financial Services to Women.”

Ms. McDonnell serves on the Board of Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Penn Mutual. In 2013, Ms. McDonnell was named to the board of Universal Health Services, Inc. (NYSE: UHS) and is Chair of the Audit and Compensation Committees. A graduate of Molloy College, Rockville Centre, N.Y., Ms. McDonnell majored in mathematics and computer science, and received an honorary doctor of laws (LL.D.) degree in 2011. She earned her MBA in finance and investments from Adelphi University, Garden City, N.Y.

In 2016 Eileen was honored by Drexel University LeBow College of Business as the 2016 “Business Leader of the Year.” Also, Eileen has been awarded the honor of being inducted into The Business Excellence Institute’s Hall of Fame in Dublin, Ireland. In 2017 Eileen was the recipient of the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur Of The Year, Greater Philadelphia award in the area of Transformation. In 2019, Eileen has been honored with the Women Corporate Directors’ 2019 Visionary Award for Strategic Leadership.

Ed Haug is the Chairman of Haug Partners LLP and was a founding member of the firm in 1997. Mr. Haug is a "ranked trial lawyer" by Chambers, a member of the National Association of Distinguished Counsel, and was recently a member of the CAFC advisory council to Chief Judge Prost.

Mr. Haug has extensive experience in bench and jury trials as well as appellate proceedings having appeared before the U.S. Supreme Court, Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the Second and Fourth Circuits. Mr. Haug has also represented clients involved in proceedings before the U.K. High Court, German Federal Supreme Court and the Tokyo High Court.

In addition to Mr. Haug's activities as the firm's Chairman and a practicing trial attorney, Mr. Haug recently served as President of the Federal Circuit Bar Association ("FCBA") and as a member of the Board of Governors. The FCBA is a national bar association representing approximately 2000 lawyers, judges, and academics practicing before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, which sits a short walk away from the firm's Washington DC office. The Federal Circuit hears all appeals of patent cases in the U.S. and offers a forum for common concerns and dialogue between the private bar, corporations, government employees and the Court. Mr. Haug is a frequent lecturer throughout the world regarding all aspects of trial advocacy with a frequent focus on IP matters.
