Mary Beth Vitale
Director, CoBiz Financial Inc.
Mary Beth Vitale is a sitting public company director and former CEO. She was CEO/Chair of Westwind Media, President/COO of Rocky Mountain Internet and President/corporate officer for AT&T. Most recently, she served on the board of Zynex, Inc., a publicly traded medical device company, as Audit Committee Member and Compensation Chair. Currently, she serves on the board of CoBiz Financial Inc., a $3.6B financial holding company. She was the SEC expert and Audit Committee Chair for five years, and currently is the Cyber expert and Nominating and Governance Committee Chair. She was a Commissioner for Colorado Governor Owens Commission on Science and Technology for nine years. She is a National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Leadership Fellow, and served as President and Chair for NACD’s Colorado Chapter. Ms. Vitale launched the Women Corporate Directors, Colorado Chapter. She is an author and frequent speaker on Cyber and board governance topics around the world.

Jeffrey Hilk
Chief Revenue Officer, Diligent Corporation
Jeff Hilk is Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer for Diligent Corporation. In this role, his responsibilities include scaling the growth and efficiency of Diligent’s global sales organization, developing and executing client acquisition strategies, driving a winning sales culture that is aligned with Diligent’s strong focus on customer success. In addition to global sales, Jeff has global responsibility for customer success management and 24/7/365 worldwide support.
Jeff has more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry, having led teams in account management, sales, product management and engineering. He has held various positions in large multi-national companies such as NCR, AT&T and McDonnell-Douglas Aerospace, as well as smaller technology firms such as Boundless Corporation and BlueShark Technologies.
Jeff received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University in 1986. He is an active Bucknell alumnus and is also a very active member of the New York Athletic Club.

Eileen Schreiber Radis
Senior Manager, Deloitte
Eileen is a Senior Manager in Deloitte Consultant’s Human Capital service area and is focused on the Health Care Industry. Eileen has over 15 years of experience across change management, strategy, operations, and technology consulting.
Eileen advises Healthcare leaders nationally to drive transformational and complex changes through a pragmatic and business-focused lens; concentrating on strategic operating models, organization design, talent strategies, and culture. Many of these transformations enable key business priorities, including: shaping culture in alignment with long-term goals, improving margin, enhancing customer centricity, and upgrading talent. Eileen forms trusted relationships with clients, collaborating to shape their strategy, and sustains long-term partnerships through implementations with a focus on realizing targeted value or identified business case.
Eileen completed her MBA at Kellogg School of Management with a concentration in Organization & Management. Her key clients include Anthem, Highmark, and Express Scripts.

Jim Kristie
Editor, Directors & Boards
Jim Kristie is editor and associate publisher of Directors & Boards, the only major independently-owned journal of corporate governance thought leadership in North America. He is the longest-tenured editor (at 30 years) serving this field. In addition to his editorial duties, Jim teaches journalism at Temple University.
