Wendy Lynch

For nearly 20 years she has focused on the connection between employee health and business outcomes. She held faculty positions at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and in the School of Public Health at Yale. She has served as a senior scientist at Health Decisions International and as a principal and senior consultant at Mercer Human Resource Consulting. From 2006-2010 she was executive director of the Health as Human Capital Foundation, a nonpartisan think tank. Since 2002 she has also served as president of Lynch Consulting, which focuses on human capital management, health and productivity, and program evaluation.
