Susan Carter

Carter served as senior vice president and chief financial officer of Ingersoll Rand plc (now Trane Technologies plc), from 2013 until her retirement in 2020. She was executive vice president and CFO at KBR Inc. and held positions as executive vice president and CFO of Lennox International Inc. and vice president of finance and chief accounting officer at Cummins Inc. She currently serves on the boards of Amcor plc and ON Semiconductor Corporation.
