Linda Buck

Dr. Buck also serves as an affiliate professor of physiology and biophysics at the University of Washington. She shared the 2004 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine for research on the sense of smell, which clarified the intricate biological pathway from the nose to the brain that allows people to differentiate smells. Formerly was a professor of neurobiology at Harvard Medical School.
