Charles Kwak

Kwak retired in 2007 as a professor of law at Handong Global University in Pohang, Korea. He began his career with the Korea Exchange Bank, first in Seoul and later in Los Angeles, where he would establish a private practice with an emphasis on banking, real estate, bankruptcy, and small businesses. He also spent 15 years as a director of Pacific Union Bank, which in 2004 was acquired by Hanmi Financial.
