Carla Hills

From 1989-1993 was U.S. Trade Representative and principal adviser on international trade to President George H.W. Bush. Prior government positions include Secretary of the Department of Housing and Urban Development and Assistant Attorney General, Civil Division, at the Department of Defense. Prior to entering government was co-founder and partner in a Los Angeles law firm. Currently is vice chair of the Council on Foreign Relations and chair of the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations and a member of the international boards of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., American International Group Inc., Rolls Royce PLC, and Coca-Cola Co.
