Billy Nolen

Nolen is chief safety officer at Archer Aviation Inc. and recently served as acting FAA Administrator. His aviation experience began as an airplane and helicopter pilot and safety officer in the U.S. Army. He became a pilot for American Airlines and transitioned to Airlines for America as senior vice president of safety, security and operations and then to Qantas Group as executive manager of group safety and health.
