He is the founder and managing director of the consulting firm Investment Audit Practice LLC. He spent 24 years at JP Morgan & Co. including serving as chairman and CEO of Investment Management. Upon its merger with Chase Manhattan Bank in 2001, he was the only executive from JP Morgan asked to join the executive committee of the new firm with operating responsibilities. He is a director of AXA Financial Group.
