Jean-Marc Levy
Levy was appointed to the board under the terms of a governance agreement with British American Tobacco PLC (BAT), a major shareholder. He worked at BAT for 18 years, serving as group marketing director for six years until his retirement in 2014. He currently is executive in residence at IMD Business School. (The board appointments were announced in September; BAT offered to buy the balance of its ownership stake in Reynolds American in October.)
