James Kilts

Kilts previously was chairman, president, and CEO of Gillette Co., which in 2005 joined with Procter & Gamble Co. in the largest merger ever in the consumer products sector. From 1998-2000 was president and CEO of Nabisco Holdings Corp. Previously was an EVP for the $27 billion worldwide food group of Philip Morris Co., where he was responsible for integrating Kraft and General Foods worldwide. Began his career at General Foods Corp. Also is a director of New York Times Co., Metropolitan Life Insurance Co., and MeadWestvaco Corp.
