Mr. Albert R. Dowden

From 1974-1998 held management positions with Volvo North America, retiring as president and CEO, and SVP of AB Volvo. Formerly was an attorney with the law firm of Rogers & Wells. Also serves on the boards of AIM/Invesco Funds, Annuity & Life Holdings Ltd., Cortland Trust, Magellan Insurance Co, and the Boss Group.
