The Robert Zicklin Center for Corporate Integrity at Baruch College in New York presents a program on “Utopian Dreams: Early Experiments in Corporate Social Responsibility.” The speaker is Marc Hodak, founder of Hodak Value Advisors. In his 20-plus years as a consultant, Hodak has advised over 100 firms around the world, public and private, in diverse industries such as telecommunications, transportation, aerospace, manufacturing, and consumer services. He has been an adjunct professor of corporate governance at NYU's Stern School of Business since 2004 and is widely recognized as a thought leader on how to evaluate compensation governance.
