The John L. Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance at the University of Delaware will hold its 2015 Corporate Governance Symposium from 9 am to 4 pm on the university campus. The symposium will include a panel of institutional investors and the presentation of four academic papers on topics that are of critical importance to boards and institutional investors today.
