As president and CEO of Volkswagen Group of America, Pablo Di Si leads the North American region with $40 billion in sales and 30,000 employees. Previous roles include president and CEO of Volkswagen Latin America  and chair of Autos Drive America.

He serves as an independent member of the boards of Lindsay Corporation, Copersucar (one of the biggest global traders of biofuels) and JHSF (a Brazilian luxury real estate and hotels conglomerate listed in the Bovespa stock exchange).

His educational background includes Wharton & IESE Business School's Global CEO Program, Harvard Business School, Thunderbird School of Global Management, Northwestern University and Loyola University Chicago.
