KAREN JEFFERSON MORRISON

Director, Greif, Palmer-Donavin

Karen Morrison is an independent director of Greif and Palmer-Donavin. Morrison was a director of SafeAuto Insurance and is a founding director of Adelphi Bank, chairing the governance committee.

She is president of the OhioHealth Foundation and senior vice president of OhioHealth Corporation. Morrison is a highly regarded expert in health care public policy, regulatory, government, social responsibility, philanthropy, compliance and corporate governance.

Morrison holds a B.S. in biology from Vanderbilt University, an M.S. from The Ohio State University and a J.D. from Capital University.

Becker's Hospital Review recognized her as an “African American Leader in Healthcare, 2019.” In May 2023, she was the inaugural recipient of the Columbus Business First “Businesswoman of the Year.”
